Rev. Reginald Lee Bachus is a modern renaissance man with an unusually high capacity and an impressively diverse skill set. Bachus manages a range of enterprises outside the religious realm primarily falling in the areas of real estate, construction, government relations, project financing, legal & consultant services. Bachus has served as the CEO and ED of multiple not for profit organizations including The Abyssinian Development Corporation, which under Bachus' leadership turned a 30 year institution on the brink of closing it's doors, saddled with over $40M of bad-debt, back payroll obligations, and a slew of negative media coverage around in 2.5 years, leaving the organization with a $7.5M surplus. Bachus is also the founder of The 400 Foundation, Inc. 501c4 and 400 FORWARD Corp. 501c3 which focus on economic advancement for faith-based communities. Bachus is also the CEO of Rizzo & Bachus Construction Inc., another joint venture with Rizzo Construction, a 30 year institution in New York with general contractor experience and an impressive client list. Bachus holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Prairie View A & M University (TX); Master of Divinity from Yale University Divinity School (CT); and a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University (NY). Finally, Bachus is the Senior Pastor of Mt. Ollie Baptist Church Brookllyn, NY.
